I purchased the infrared sauna from Sauna Comfort as part of a protocol focused on resolving some of my digestive and other issues. This sauna combined with a mineral supplement regimen recommended to me by my practitioner has been incredible. We recently purchased the Complete Near Infrared Sauna Bundle and could not be happier with the purchase. After researching the availability of near infrared saunas, we narrowed in down to Sauna Comfort and their nearest competitor (U.S. based) who makes a similar product. We choose Sauna Comfort for several reasons the first of which was price/value. For a similar bundle their competitor was priced around $1800 more. To be fair there were a couple of bells and whistles in the competitors bundle that was not in Sauna Comfort’s, but IMHO the differences didn’t add any functional benefits and it wasn’t worth the additional cost.
The Amish craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used in the components in the complete NIR sauna bundle is excellent. The pod is easy to put together and the fact that it is held together with magnets and can readily be taken apart, stored and reassembled quickly is a real plus if you have limited space.
We have been using it now for over a month and the benefits are amazing. For me I use it at least 4-days a week and after a short ramp up period am using it 30-minutes a session. 10-minutes into it I have a good sweat going. I come out feeling relaxed and invigorated. I know being able to use the sauna on a regular basis will have a positive impact on our immune systems. My wife has inflammation issues and she started seeing the benefits of NIR is short order. We live in North Idaho so we are going into our 7-month fall/winter season. I’m an avid road cyclist and put my bike on a trainer in the house in the winter. With the short days and long nights we have up here I have no doubt this NIR sauna will be a real benefit for getting us through the winter doldrums.
Be smart and do your homework before you make a big purchase like this. That said, Stacie and Rich are great people to work with and I believe for the money you won’t find a better NIR sauna bundle on the market and you will be supporting a great American small business!
