This 100% wood enclosure includes the Comfy Classic four-light near-infrared (NIR) array and is designed for optimal heat containment and long-lasting wellness benefits. Built to order with standard or custom dimensions to fit your space.

Our Sauna journey began in October 2019, and our final decision based on intense research, led us to purchasing a Near-Infrared Sauna. Our next research task for purchasing the Sauna led us to Sauna Comfort in Wisconsin. Our first priority was investing in a Sauna for health benefits coupled with meditation and relaxation experiences without EMFs and EMRs. After reading Dr. Lawrence Wilson’s research, it led us to a few of his recommendations, of which Sauna Comfort was highly recommended by Dr. Wilson, in his book. There were so many different models including tents to purchase for an Infrared Sauna, however, we decided a walk-in-wooden cabinet structure was something we’d prefer for ourselves. Upon contacting Rich at Sauna Comfort, in early January 2020, we realized the wait time would be 8-12 weeks for the Sauna Comfort B Basswood cabinet since there were many orders ahead of us. While waiting for our Sauna to be built, Rich suggested purchasing the Comfy Light ahead of time, until the cabinet was finished. This was a great idea, which gave us the experience of using the Near Infrared Comfy Lights at home while waiting for our Sauna to be shipped.
Upon delivery of our Comfort B cabinet in early April, we were more than pleased at the expert quality of the structure and the detailed effectiveness of packing for shipment. The directions included in the shipment to put the Sauna Cabinet together were very detailed. In addition, the Comfy Lights we purchased in January easily slipped directly into the window opening with ease. After using the Sauna Comfort B a few times in January we decided to make an additional investment and purchased the Mini-Comfy for lower and spot targeting areas.
We more than appreciate Rich’s advice, assistance and excellent customer service throughout our time during ordering, delivery and ownership. Levi, an Amish builder for Sauna Comfort, builds quality saunas and we feel no other business can match his production, rating his building and design would be more than a 10+. We are honored and more than please to have virtually-met Rich and Levi and highly recommend any of their products without hesitation. Any questions will be answered quickly and with genuine concern. I have now owned my sauna for almost two years and cannot recommend it enough. I am 48 and not getting any younger. I work hard, play harder, have been very rough on my body and now pay for it by dealing with pain on a daily basis. Years of over the counter anti inflammatories have caused more bad than good. My wife is a nurse and we did our homework before purchasing this particular sauna. What a good decision! Pain management doesn’t have to come in a pill.
To start, the personal attention Rich gives to each customer is fantastic. The sauna is a work of art and that is not hyperbole. There is not a defect on this thing and we recently moved and had to disassemble, transport, and reassemble and it has gone back together like the first time I built it.
Not only do I use it but my wife and three children use it as well. I like to “preheat” my sauna to get the temp up and then use it for 30-45 mins per session. My muscles and joints feel better within 10 mins. My skin looks younger than it did several years ago and being from Northern Wisconsin (wood tick ground zero) this sauna helps us treat Lyme disease.
